About the Role We are seeking an Enterprise Agile Coach to join our Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE). This strategic leadership role requires a unique balance of deep technical expertise and advanced SAFe/Lean-Agile coaching and training capabilities. Key Responsibilities • Partner with 15–20 technical teams and cross-functional leadership • Drive comprehensive product and platform transformations • Provide SAFe and Lean-Agile coaching and training Requirements • Expertise in SAFe and Lean-Agile methodologies • Experience coaching technical teams through transformations • Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
