About the Role We are looking for a seasoned Enterprise Architect – AI & Cloud Engineering to drive technical strategy, architecture, and engineering excellence across a multi-project digital portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring strong enterprise architecture expertise, cloud-native engineering experience, and hands-on Generative AI implementation experience. Key Responsibilities • Enterprise & Solution Architecture across multiple projects • Hands-on GenAI / RAG solution architecture and implementation • HLDs, LLDs, Architecture Diagrams & Technical Documentation • Microservices, Distributed Systems & React • Cloud Architecture – GCP (Preferred), AWS or Azure • AI Evaluation, Observability, Groundedness & Hallucination Monitoring • CI/CD, DevSecOps, Security-First Architecture & Quality Gates • Engineering Governance, Design Reviews & Technical Leadership • Technical Debt Management, Estimation & Risk Mitigation • Stakeholder Management & Executive-Level Communication Requirements • 15+ years of overall IT experience • Strong enterprise/solution architecture and engineering leadership experience • Proven track record of delivering production-ready AI/GenAI solutions using RAG • Ability to lead technical discussions and communicate architectural decisions to senior leadership • Mandatory Requirement: Must have successfully implemented at least one end-to-end Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solution in a production or production-like environment
