About the Role We are looking for a Senior Architect to join our team and work on an Enterprise Chat Platform. This is a long-term contract position that requires extensive experience in IT and system architecture. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement enterprise chat platform architecture • Partner with business to translate capabilities into technical requirements • Ensure compliance with health insurance and regulated industry standards • Lead technical design and implementation of conversational AI features Requirements • 5+ years in IT (software engineering, system architecture, or cloud infrastructure) • 5+ years of partnering with business to translate capabilities into technical requirements • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, CS, IT, or related field • Experience with GCP services including Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Firestore, and BigQuery • Strong understanding of Cloud-Native Architecture and Terraform • Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and WebSockets • Experience with CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and logging • Knowledge of high-throughput/low-latency design and application security • Experience with authentication systems Benefits • Long-term contract opportunity • Work on cutting-edge enterprise chat platform technology
