About the Role We are seeking a Mid Level Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) Technician to support 24/7 enterprise monitoring and incident management operations for a major government agency. This role involves critical infrastructure monitoring and outage response coordination. Key Responsibilities • Support 24/7 Enterprise Operations Center responsible for monitoring critical infrastructure • Manage incidents and coordinate outage response activities • Proactively monitor enterprise systems and troubleshoot network and system issues • Escalate incidents to Tier III support teams • Manage bridge calls during outages • Communicate operational status updates to stakeholders Requirements • 4+ years of relevant IT experience in a NOC, EOC, Service Desk, or Operations Center environment • High School Diploma or equivalent • Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance • Experience with enterprise monitoring tools and incident management processes
