About the Role We are seeking an Enterprise Program Manager to lead projects in a contract-to-hire role. This position requires strong IT experience and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities • Manage enterprise programs and lead project teams • Oversee cybersecurity operations and incident response • Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance • Manage service providers and vendors effectively • Lead IT operations and team management Requirements • 6+ years of progressive IT experience • 3+ years of IT supervisory experience • Expertise in cybersecurity operations, incident response, and risk assessment • Experience with managed service providers and vendor management • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Intune • Strong IT operations and team leadership experience Preferred Qualifications • State government or financial services experience • SAP integrations and IT procurement knowledge • Certifications in CISSP, CISM, Security+, ITIL, or PMP
