About the Role We are looking for an Enterprise ServiceNow Architect with 14+ years of experience to join our team. This role requires hands-on development experience and expertise in ServiceNow platform management. Key Responsibilities • Deliver multiple projects as an Implementor with hands-on development • Manage platform management, upgrades, and license utilization • Handle deployments, Update Set migration, and related automation • Develop Custom Apps, Workspaces, and UI Builder • Design and develop integrations • Develop UI in ServiceNow using React • Utilize ServiceNow AI for Build Agent • Apply knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, SAM, and HAM Requirements • 14+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture • Experience in multiple project delivery as an Implementor • Strong background in platform management, upgrades, and license utilization • Experience in managing deployments and Update Set migration • Proficiency in Custom App, Workspace, and UI Builder development • Hands-on experience in integration design and development • UI development experience in ServiceNow using React • Experience with ServiceNow AI for Build Agent • Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, SAM, and HAM
