About the Role We are looking for an Enterprise Solution Architect specializing in Windchill (PTC PLM) to join our team. This role involves leading large-scale PLM transformation programs and providing technical leadership. Key Responsibilities • Define enterprise PLM architecture, standards, and implementation roadmaps • Lead Windchill architecture across CAD, ERP, and enterprise integrations • Own data migration strategy, governance, and data quality • Drive technical decisions, deployment strategy, UAT, cutover, and post-go-live support • Lead cross-functional teams, vendors, and system integrators Requirements • 15+ years of experience in PLM solutions • 10+ years of hands-on experience with PTC Windchill architecture and implementation • Proven experience leading large-scale, greenfield Windchill/PLM transformation programs • Strong expertise in end-to-end PLM architecture, data migration, and enterprise integration • Experience with PTC Windchill modules: PDMLink, MPMLink, PartLink, BOM Management, Change & Configuration Management, Supplier Management • CAD integrations: Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor • ERP/MES integrations, including SAP • Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM), ETL, data migration, and data governance • REST APIs, OData, Info*Engine, middleware, and microservices • Java/J2EE, Oracle/SQL Server, LDAP/Active Directory, Apache/Tomcat • Windchill clustering, performance tuning, scalability, and CI/CD • Enterprise architecture, solution design, technical leadership, and PLM roadmap development Mandatory requirements include a LinkedIn profile, Driver’s License, and specific visa status.
