About the Role We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect to lead a large-scale, multi-year PTC Windchill PLM transformation program. Key Responsibilities • Lead a large-scale, multi-year PTC Windchill PLM transformation program • Provide technical expertise in PTC Windchill architecture and enterprise PLM solutions • Ensure strong data migration expertise, including WBM and ETL • Manage CAD integrations with Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Inventor • Handle ERP/MES integrations, particularly SAP • Utilize Windchill modules including PDMLink, MPMLink, PartLink, Supplier Management, eBOM/mBOM, and Change & Configuration Management • Work with integration technologies such as ThingWorx, Navigate, REST APIs, OData, and Info*Engine • Apply technical expertise in Java/J2EE, Oracle/SQL Server, Apache/Tomcat, clustering, performance tuning, and DevOps/CI-CD Requirements • 15+ years in PLM, including 10+ years in PTC Windchill Architecture • Proven leadership in 2+ large-scale greenfield PLM transformation programs • Strong data migration expertise, including WBM and ETL • Experience with CAD integrations: Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Inventor • Experience with ERP/MES integrations, particularly SAP • Knowledge of Windchill modules: PDMLink, MPMLink, PartLink, Supplier Management, eBOM/mBOM, and Change & Configuration Management • Familiarity with integration technologies: ThingWorx, Navigate, REST APIs, OData, and Info*Engine • Technical expertise in Java/J2EE, Oracle/SQL Server, Apache/Tomcat, clustering, performance tuning, and DevOps/CI-CD
