About the Role We are looking for an experienced IAM Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on designing and implementing secure identity solutions using Microsoft Entra ID and related technologies. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory architectures • Develop Conditional Access policies, MFA, and passwordless authentication solutions • Implement Identity Governance, PIM, access reviews, and entitlement management • Secure hybrid identity environments and enterprise SSO integrations • Apply Zero Trust principles and least-privilege access controls • Automate identity infrastructure using Terraform, PowerShell, and CI/CD pipelines • Collaborate with cloud, security, and infrastructure engineering teams Requirements • 8+ years of experience in IAM and identity solutions • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD • Experience with Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and PKI • Expertise in IAM Architecture and Identity Governance • Proficiency in Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, and SSO • Understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and Federation • Experience with Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, and PowerShell • Knowledge of Hybrid Identity and Zero Trust Security Preferred Qualifications • Microsoft certifications: SC-300, SC-100, or AZ-305 • Experience with CyberArk, SailPoint, or Okta • Enterprise identity migration and consolidation experience • Privileged Access Workstations (PAW) and security architecture experience
