About the Role We are looking for an experienced ERP Implementation & IT Specialist to lead digital transformation initiatives, drive ERP integration projects, and support enterprise IT systems. Key Responsibilities • Lead and support end-to-end ERP implementation projects, from requirements gathering through Go-Live and stabilization • Collaborate with business functions including Engineering, Procurement, Finance, HR, Operations, QA/QC, Stores, Contracts, and Projects to understand, map, and optimize business processes • Configure, customize, and integrate ERP modules to ensure seamless cross-functional workflows • Manage data migration, system testing, UAT, issue resolution, and post-implementation support • Develop and maintain SQL databases, stored procedures, queries, reports, dashboards, and data integrations • Design and enhance .NET applications, interfaces, APIs, and business tools supporting ERP operations • Provide ongoing ERP and IT support, including troubleshooting software, hardware, network, and system-related issues • Coordinate with ERP vendors, implementation partners, and external service providers to ensure smooth project execution and system performance Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering, or related field • 5-10 years of experience in ERP implementation, ERP support, software development, or IT systems • Strong hands-on expertise in SQL Server, database management, stored procedures, views, functions, and performance optimization • Solid experience in .NET / C# development • ERP customization, system integration, and enterprise application support experience • Strong understanding of business process mapping and cross-functional workflows • Experience supporting at least one complete ERP implementation or major ERP integration project
