About the Role We are looking for experienced ERP Technical Developers for an exciting new client engagement. Candidates with strong Java, Oracle PL/SQL, and enterprise ERP production support experience are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities • Develop, customize, test, and deploy ERP components, enhancements, and bug fixes • Troubleshoot production issues, Java stack traces, batch failures, and Oracle database errors • Develop and maintain REST APIs, system integrations, interfaces, and ETL processes • Work with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, database performance tuning, and data validation • Support JBoss, Oracle Middleware, application deployments, and production operations • Troubleshoot batch jobs using Control-M or similar scheduling tools • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity Requirements • 5+ years of enterprise application development and production support experience • Strong hands-on experience with Java, Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL • Experience with REST APIs, enterprise integrations, and application troubleshooting • Experience supporting enterprise ERP applications in production environments • Good understanding of Java-based enterprise applications and database performance tuning Preferred Skills • Hands-on experience with CGI Advantage ERP 3.11 • Experience with CGI Advantage HCM, Finance, or Budget modules • Knowledge of Pentaho Data Integration, ETL, XML/JSON, and interface mapping • Experience with JBoss, Oracle Middleware, Linux/Windows, and Control-M • Experience with public-sector ERP implementations, migrations, upgrades, and production support • Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, or similar AI-assisted development tools
