About the Role We are looking for an experienced ETL QA Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on ETL testing, data validation, and data warehouse testing. Key Responsibilities • Perform ETL testing and data quality assurance • Validate source-to-target mappings • Test data warehouse and data migration processes • Use ETL testing tools such as Informatica, DataStage, Talend, or similar • Write complex SQL queries for data validation • Track defects using tools like Jira or HP ALM Requirements • 10+ years of experience in ETL Testing and Data Quality Assurance • Strong experience in ETL testing tools such as Informatica, DataStage, Talend, or similar • Excellent SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, subqueries, and stored procedures • Hands-on experience with Data Warehouse (DWH) and Data Migration testing • Strong knowledge of data validation, data reconciliation, and data integrity testing • Experience in validating source-to-target mappings • Knowledge of Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, or other databases • Experience in defect tracking tools such as Jira or HP ALM • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Must be local to Massachusetts (MA) • H1B visa candidates only • Must be available for the interview process
