About the Role Ensofta is seeking an experienced FHIR Engineer to join their team, focusing on healthcare interoperability and payer-domain solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement solutions using HL7 FHIR standards • Work with healthcare insurance and payer domain systems • Ensure compliance with CMS interoperability regulations • Integrate healthcare data and manage exchange workflows Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with HL7 FHIR • Proficiency in Python programming • Experience with REST APIs and FHIR-based services • Strong SQL and database knowledge • Healthcare insurance / Payer domain experience • Understanding of CMS interoperability regulations • Knowledge of healthcare data integration and exchange workflows Good to Have • CMS-0057-F and Electronic Prior Authorization (ePA) experience • Familiarity with FHIR resources, implementation guides, and profiles • HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security knowledge • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
