About the Role We are seeking a Financial Ecosystem Architect for a remote, full-time contract position with a Crown Corporation client. This role requires extensive experience in enterprise architecture services for complex technology and financial services initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Design, assess, and advise on financial ecosystem architectures, operating models, and governance frameworks • Evaluate financial API architectures, interoperability frameworks, and ecosystem integration approaches • Assess or implement trust frameworks, digital identity ecosystems, and authentication mechanisms • Provide architectural guidance in regulatory, compliance-driven, or highly governed environments • Engage with senior executives, regulators, industry participants, and multi-stakeholder governance bodies Requirements • Degree/diploma in computer science, IT, engineering, business administration, finance, or a related technology or financial systems discipline • 10+ years of recent experience providing enterprise architecture services for complex technology, financial services, or digital ecosystem initiatives • Experience with accreditation frameworks, participant onboarding processes, and ecosystem or trust registries • Eligibility for Secret clearance (or already hold one) • Physically located in and authorized to work in Canada
