About the Role We are looking for a Financial Messaging & Middleware Engineer with strong experience in FIX and SWIFT messaging platforms to design, implement, automate, secure, and support enterprise financial messaging infrastructure. Key Responsibilities • Design, deploy, configure, and support FIX and SWIFT messaging platforms • Manage SWIFT Alliance Access (SAA), SWIFT Alliance Gateway (SAG), Broadridge Appia, and QuickFIX • Support FIX Protocol, SWIFT FIN, FINPlus, InterAct, FileAct, ISO 15022, and ISO 20022 • Build and maintain middleware infrastructure across Linux, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS • Develop automation using Terraform, Ansible, and scripting • Implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native solutions • Ensure messaging security, encryption, connectivity, compliance, and high availability • Lead platform modernization, disaster recovery, and resiliency initiatives • Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident management • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, cloud, and application teams Requirements • 8–10 years of experience with FIX Protocol and SWIFT messaging • Experience with Broadridge Appia, QuickFIX, SWIFT Alliance Access (SAA), and SWIFT Alliance Gateway (SAG) • Knowledge of SWIFT FIN, FINPlus, InterAct, FileAct, ISO 15022, and ISO 20022 • Proficiency in Linux, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS • Experience with Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD, and scripting • Familiarity with MQ, Kafka, and API integrations • Experience supporting enterprise middleware and financial messaging platforms Preferred Qualifications • SWIFT certifications and SWIFT CSP compliance experience • Experience designing highly available FIX/SWIFT architectures • Financial markets and banking technology experience • Cloud transformation and platform modernization experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience
