About the Role We are looking for an experienced Firewall Engineer to join a large-scale network segmentation and firewall transformation initiative. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement network segmentation strategies • Optimize firewall policies for security and efficiency • Troubleshoot and resolve firewall-related issues • Manage and maintain Check Point Firewall technologies • Implement and manage Identity Awareness solutions • Utilize Tufin SecureTrack and SecureChange for policy management • Administer RHEL/Linux and Windows Server environments • Manage Microsoft Active Directory integration • Analyze logs using Elasticsearch and ELK Stack Requirements • 7–10 years of experience in network security and firewall technologies • Strong hands-on experience with Check Point Firewall • Proficiency in Cisco Networking and TCP/IP • Experience with Tufin SecureTrack and SecureChange • Knowledge of network segmentation and firewall policy optimization • Experience with RHEL/Linux and Windows Server Administration • Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory • Experience with Elasticsearch and ELK Stack for log analysis • Firewall troubleshooting, migration, and security operations experience Good to Have • Experience with Ansible and Python automation • Certifications such as CCSE, CCNP Security, or NSE • German language proficiency
