About the Role We are looking for a skilled Fleet Operations Data Analyst to analyze operational data, build dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to improve fleet performance, efficiency, and readiness. Key Responsibilities • Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for improvement • Build interactive dashboards and track KPIs • Develop strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis • Utilize Python and Pandas for data cleaning and manipulation • Experience with Looker, Tableau, Power BI, and/or Databricks • Collaborate with operations teams to support data-driven decisions • Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide actionable business insights Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Familiarity with predictive analytics or autonomous vehicle operations is a plus
