About the Role We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer to help us build fast, polished, cross-platform apps. This role focuses on creating high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android. Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain high-quality Flutter apps for iOS and Android • Turn designs into responsive, pixel-perfect UI • Design scalable app architecture and write clean, testable code • Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, Firebase, and third-party SDKs • Improve app performance, stability, and release processes • Review code, mentor teammates, and help shape technical decisions Requirements • 5+ years of mobile development experience, with solid production Flutter and Dart work • Strong grasp of state management (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, or similar) • Experience publishing and maintaining apps on the App Store and Google Play • Comfort with unit, widget, and integration testing • Familiarity with CI/CD for mobile (Codemagic, Fastlane, GitHub Actions, etc.) • Clear communication and the ability to work independently in a remote team Benefits • Fully remote, flexible working hours • Competitive salary • Equity • Learning budget • Paid time off • Health benefits • Equipment allowance
