We are looking for a Flutter Developer to join our team at Zhians, a company building innovative products at the intersection of healthcare, behavior science, AI, and real human problems. This role focuses on creating clean, scalable, production-ready mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities
• Building and maintaining Flutter applications
• Developing responsive and scalable UI systems
• API integrations and backend connectivity
• State management and app architecture
• Performance optimization and bug fixing
• Collaborating closely with product, design, and founders

Requirements
• Strong knowledge of Flutter and Dart
• Experience building and shipping mobile applications
• Understanding of Firebase, REST APIs, and third-party integrations
• Good understanding of app performance and clean architecture
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Startup mindset preferred
