About the Role We are seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to join LovasIT and help build the future of AI. This role involves working with cutting-edge technologies like LLMs and AI data solutions. Key Responsibilities • Work directly with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, ML leaders, and AI research teams • Understand client objectives and translate them into effective AI data and evaluation strategies • Design and build scalable data-generation, labeling, and model-evaluation pipelines • Develop LLM-powered applications, agentic workflows, RAG solutions, and synthetic data systems • Design experiments to validate data quality, pipeline performance, and scalability • Take AI solutions from initial discovery and MVP development through production delivery Requirements • 5–10 years of experience delivering complex AI/ML projects end to end • Strong experience with LLM Post-Training, including Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and Reinforcement Learning (RL) • Expertise in Generative AI & LLM Engineering • Advanced Python programming skills • Experience with API Development and Integration • Strong understanding of Software Engineering Best Practices, Testing, and Version Control
