About the Role We are urgently looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to collaborate with engineering, architecture, product, and offshore development teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Key Responsibilities • Translate business and product requirements into technical designs and implementation plans • Define architectural direction, API contracts, service boundaries, and integration patterns • Collaborate with Lead Developers and offshore teams to communicate technical requirements • Provide guidance on Python backend development using FastAPI and Flask • Support REST API development, OpenAPI specifications, and microservices architecture • Work with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native technologies • Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, production readiness, and release activities • Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams • Identify technical risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges • Maintain engineering standards, documentation, security, and code quality Requirements • Python, FastAPI, and Flask • REST APIs and OpenAPI 3.0+ • Microservices and distributed systems • Docker and Kubernetes • PostgreSQL and database integration • CI/CD pipelines and GitLab • API security, OAuth 2.0, and JWT • Technical documentation and solution design • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
