About the Role We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team at IntelliSoft Systems. This role focuses on building and deploying agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities • Translate business requirements into production-ready AI solutions • Design and deploy agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems • Lead end-to-end delivery from discovery and architecture to production rollout • Implement RAG, tool integration, human-in-the-loop controls, and AI guardrails • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms and CI/CD pipelines • Ensure security, compliance, auditability, and AI governance • Collaborate with customers, product owners, and engineering teams Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Amazon Bedrock, and Java • 15+ years of overall IT/software engineering experience • Strong backend development, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems • Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI workflow orchestration • Excellent customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills • Cloud & Backend: AWS, Amazon Bedrock, Java, Python, REST APIs, microservices • Agentic AI: LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, n8n, multi-agent workflows • LLMs & RAG: Claude, Gemini, OpenAI, prompt engineering, context engineering, memory systems • AI Development Tools: Cursor, GitHub Copilot, AI-assisted coding and testing • DevOps & MLOps: CI/CD, DevSecOps, infrastructure as code, automated security and compliance checks • Enterprise Integration: System design, scalability, reliability, and complex integrations
