About the Role We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team at Mphasis, focusing on Agentic AI and Enterprise Solutions. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying enterprise Agentic AI solutions using Java, AWS, and AWS Bedrock. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy enterprise Agentic AI solutions using Java, AWS, and AWS Bedrock. • Build and orchestrate multi-agent workflows for enterprise banking use cases. • Translate business requirements into scalable AI architectures and production-ready applications. • Develop APIs, backend services, RAG pipelines, and enterprise integrations. • Implement security controls, AI governance, and compliance requirements. • Build CI/CD pipelines and support DevSecOps and MLOps practices. • Work directly with banking clients, business stakeholders, and engineering teams. • Own end-to-end solution delivery, from discovery and prototyping to production deployment and optimization. Requirements • 12+ years of experience preferred as specified for this opening. • Strong hands-on Java, AWS, and AWS Bedrock experience is mandatory. • Banking / Financial Services domain experience is mandatory. • Proven client-facing experience is mandatory. • Must be available to work onsite 5 days per week at one of the listed locations. • CPT/OPT candidates are not accepted.
