About the Role:
The Freelance Technical Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for specialized IT and Engineering roles. You will act as the bridge between high-caliber technical talent and our clientβs hiring needs, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and a high quality of hire.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage candidates for technical roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists, etc.) using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche tech communities.
Screening: Conduct initial HR and technical phone screenings to assess culture fit and basic technical competency.
Pipeline Management: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely feedback.
Qualifications:
β 3β5 years of experience specifically in Technical Recruitment (Agency or In-house).
β Proven ability to understand complex technical requirements (e.g., Backend vs. Frontend, Cloud Infrastructure, etc.).
β Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-raying, and social sourcing).
β Excellent command of English (both written and verbal). β Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Skills:
A strong existing network within the Egyptian or Regional tech talent pool.
Ability to work independently.
