⚓ FREELANCE PROJECT MANAGER (x2) ⚓ ⚙️ Superyacht Refit / Repair 📍 Europe 📅 Start Date: 28 February ⏳ 3 - 4 Month Contract 🌎 EU Passport Required 🗣️ English (Essential) | Additional Languages (Advantageous) We are supporting the appointment of two experienced Freelance Project Managers to oversee live superyacht refit projects. These are hands-on, delivery-focused roles managing time-sensitive yard periods in a high-standard superyacht environment. The Role You will take full responsibility for assigned refit projects from initial coordination through to final delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and within agreed commercial parameters. You will act as the key interface between the yard, subcontractors, and the owner’s team. Key Responsibilities ✅ Manage end-to-end superyacht refit activities ✅ Define scope, planning, scheduling, and resource coordination ✅ Supervise subcontractors and technical teams on site ✅ Monitor budgets, cost control, and variation management ✅ Maintain direct communication with owner’s representatives ✅ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards ✅ Report progress, risks, and financial performance Ideal Candidate Profile 🔱 5+ years’ experience managing superyacht or high-value marine refit projects 🔱 Strong knowledge of yard operations and delivery environments 🔱 Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams 🔱 Commercially aware with solid cost-control capability 🔱 Fluent English essential 🔱 Structured, decisive, and comfortable in fast-paced shipyard environments 🔱 EU passport required 📧 Interested?
