About the Role
We are looking for a freelance recruiter to join autarc, a YC-backed startup building software for energy installers across Europe. The role requires working in our Berlin Mitte office and is ideally full-time.

Key Responsibilities
• Recruit for roles in SDR and Sales
• Work closely with the team to fill a serious pipeline of roles
• Be embedded with the team and move fast

Requirements
• Experience in recruitment, particularly for SDR and Sales roles
• Ability to work in our Berlin Mitte office
• Not an agency recruiter or commission-based setup
