About the Role We are seeking a Bilingual P&C Insurance Policy Conversion Analyst with fluency in both French and English to join our team. This role requires hands-on experience in policy administration, policy servicing, or insurance operations, with the ability to review, validate, and maintain insurance policy information accurately. Key Responsibilities • Review, validate, and maintain insurance policy information accurately • Interpret insurance policies, endorsements, and policy documentation • Ensure knowledge of insurance coverages, limits, deductibles, and policy attributes • Utilize Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools effectively • Communicate effectively with stakeholders Requirements • Hands-on experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance • Fluency in French and English (both spoken and written) • Experience in policy administration, policy servicing, or insurance operations • Ability to interpret insurance policies, endorsements, and policy documentation • Knowledge of insurance coverages, limits, deductibles, and policy attributes • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a process-driven environment
