About the Role We are looking for a bilingual QA Automation Tester fluent in French and English to support enterprise CCaaS/Contact Center testing initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Perform QA Automation Testing • Conduct Regression and Functional Testing • Validate French/English Call Flow • Create Test Plans and manage defects • Test enterprise CCaaS/Contact Center systems Requirements • 4-6 years of experience in QA Automation • Fluency in both French and English • Experience with CCaaS, Genesys, and Cyara is a plus • Strong automation skills • Legally authorized to work in Canada
