About the Role Join a Web Engineering team on a strategic digital modernization initiative to improve customer-facing digital experiences. You’ll build scalable web apps with Svelte/SvelteKit, headless CMS (Sanity), and cloud-native practices, working closely with architects, product owners, UX, and platform engineers. Key Responsibilities • Build responsive, high-performing web apps with Svelte and SvelteKit • Create content-driven experiences using Sanity CMS and headless architecture • Develop reusable UI components and design system integrations • Integrate APIs, microservices, and authentication platforms • Drive code quality through reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD • Optimize performance, accessibility, SEO, and security • Mentor junior developers and work in Agile/Scrum teams Requirements • 7+ years of software development, including 3+ years of modern JavaScript • Strong Svelte, SvelteKit, and TypeScript • HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, REST APIs, and GraphQL • Hands-on Sanity CMS and headless CMS experience • Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility and SEO best practices • Testing with Playwright, Cypress, Jest, or Vitest
