About the Role We are looking for a Front-End Lead Developer to join our team in Plano, TX. This is a contract role requiring local candidates or those nearby. The position requires strong leadership experience and technical expertise in modern frontend technologies. Key Responsibilities • Lead frontend development initiatives • Mentor junior developers • Design and implement REST/GraphQL APIs • Manage CI/CD processes Requirements • 14+ years of overall IT experience • 6+ years of frontend development with leadership experience • Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS • Experience with SPAs and Micro Frontend (MFE) applications • Technical leadership and mentoring abilities • Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, Git, and CI/CD • Familiarity with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, Codex, OpenAI, or similar Important Note An IDE must be installed and ready for screen sharing during the L1 interview.
