About the Role We are looking for a seasoned Frontend Architect for a long-term contract-to-hire (C2C) project in San Ramon, California. This role requires extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable web applications. Key Responsibilities • Develop and lead the design of scalable web applications, owning architectural decisions end-to-end • Integrate frontend applications with headless platforms and backend APIs • Drive application performance, SEO, and AI-driven search/answer engine readiness • Bridge onshore/offshore alignment and mentor junior/mid-level developers Requirements • 12+ to 15+ years of front-end experience • Mandatory experience in E-commerce, Retail, Consumer, Fashion Retail, or Smart Home industries • Proficiency in Next.js (App Router, SSR/ISR), React, Node.js, and Python (Backend) • Experience with Headless CMS and Headless Commerce platforms • Knowledge of API Integration, Technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and Answer Engine Optimisation • Bonus: Shopify experience
