About the Role We are looking for a Frontend Developer to join our team for a 6-month contract position. This role focuses on building responsive web applications and reusable components. Key Responsibilities • Develop frontend applications using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 • Implement responsive web design and reusable web components • Integrate with CMS systems and design systems • Utilize GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing • Work with Node.js for frontend development Requirements • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant software development experience • Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or qualifying equivalent experience • Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 • Experience with responsive web design and reusable web components • Frontend development using Node.js • CMS integration and design systems experience • Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing • React and Vue experience is a plus Note: Candidates must be local to the Oakland, CA area and available to work onsite 3 days per week. Relocation candidates will not be considered.
