About the Role We are looking for a Frontend Lead Developer with expertise in React.js to join our team. This role requires significant leadership experience and technical expertise in modern frontend technologies. Key Responsibilities • Lead frontend development initiatives • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance • Implement solutions using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript • Design and develop Single Page Applications and Micro Frontends • Work with REST APIs and GraphQL • Implement CI/CD processes Requirements • 14+ years of overall IT experience • 6+ years of frontend development with leadership experience • Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript • Experience with HTML5, CSS, and modern frontend architectures • Knowledge of Single Page Applications and Micro Frontends • Experience with REST APIs and GraphQL • Proficiency with Git and CI/CD tools • Technical leadership and team mentoring abilities • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, Codex, or OpenAI
