About the Role We are looking for a skilled and passionate Frontend React Developer with 3+ years of professional experience to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will play a key part in building scalable, high-performance web applications, translating UI/UX wireframes into clean, maintainable code, and delivering seamless user experiences. Key Responsibilities • Develop & Maintain: Build high-quality, reusable, and efficient React components and front-end architectures. • Translate Designs: Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to convert wireframes and mockups into responsive, interactive web interfaces. • State & Performance Optimization: Manage application state effectively using modern libraries (Redux Toolkit, Context API, Zustand) and optimize apps for maximum speed and scalability. • API Integration: Connect front-end components with RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints seamlessly. • Testing & Quality Assurance: Write clean code accompanied by unit and integration tests (using Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress) and participate in rigorous code reviews. • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies, tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve our development workflow. Requirements • Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience focusing on modern front-end web technologies. • Core Technical Stack: • Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript. • Strong mastery of React.js and its core principles (Hooks, Context, Custom Hooks). • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand). • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, and modern styling frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Material-UI, Styled Components). • Tools & Workflow: • Experience with build tools and bundlers (Vite, Webpack, Babel). • Version control systems, specifically Git / GitHub / GitLab. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows. • Soft Skills: • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an Agile/Scrum environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with an eye for detail.
