About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack AI Engineer to build and run production AI systems end to end, from data to deployment, using classical ML, deep learning and generative AI. Key Responsibilities • Build and run production AI systems end to end • Work with classical ML, deep learning and generative AI • Implement AI coding tools and manual coding • Manage Git, PR reviews, CI/CD Requirements • 4+ years of software engineering, including 2+ years shipping ML/AI to production • Strong Python with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch, scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy • Experience with production LLM apps (Claude, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI) • RAG and embeddings with a production vector store • AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor) plus strong manual coding • Git, PR reviews, CI/CD (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions) • Azure (AKS, App Service, Functions), Docker, Kubernetes • Clear communication for client-facing discussions • Fully remote team mindset
