About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with expertise in PLC/SCADA systems to join General Motors in Austin, TX. This role involves developing and integrating industrial automation solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement software solutions for industrial automation • Integrate PLC/SCADA/HMI systems with various industrial protocols • Develop REST APIs and work with SQL databases • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Requirements • 5+ years of software development experience • Proficiency in frontend technologies like React or Angular • Backend experience with Python, Java, or C#/.NET • Hands-on experience with PLC/SCADA/HMI industrial automation integration • Knowledge of industrial protocols such as OPC UA, Modbus TCP, or MQTT • Experience with REST APIs, SQL databases, and Git • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
