About the Role We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a high-impact financial team in Boston, MA. This role focuses on building resilient, scalable enterprise platforms for the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities • Architect and implement scalable backend microservices and secure APIs in Python • Build intuitive, performant financial dashboards and web applications using React.js • Design, optimize, and tune relational database schemas, complex SQL queries, and stored procedures • Ensure data integrity, transaction safety, and high-throughput execution across enterprise financial platforms • Collaborate with engineering leaders, product managers, and quantitative analysts in an Agile setting Requirements • 8+ years of enterprise full-stack development experience • Proven background within Financial Services, Wealth Management, or Banking environments • Strong command of Python, React.js, and SQL performance tuning • Eligibility to work in the US without current or future sponsorship • Immediate readiness to commit to a 4-day onsite schedule in Boston, MA
