We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack) to join our team and help build and scale Ford Reservation Services, delivering world-class digital experiences for vehicle service appointments.
🔑 What You’ll Do
Build across the stack: UI, Business Logic, Cloud Integration
Lead technical initiatives & mentor junior engineers
Collaborate with designers & product owners to deliver scalable solutions
Champion TDD, Pair Programming, XP practices
Accelerate delivery using AI-driven coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf)
Manage & optimize CI/CD pipelines
🎓 Qualifications
BE / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent
10+ years in IT, 8+ years in development
Senior-level expertise in 2 coding languages OR advanced practice in 1
🛠 Tech Stack
Backend: Node.js, NestJS, Go, Spring Boot
Frontend: React, Angular, VueJS, TypeScript
Cloud: GCP, AWS, Azure
DevOps/CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Tekton
Practices: TDD, Clean Code, Continuous Refactoring
Bonus: Experience with AI coding tools
