About the Role We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to support the Card Benefits team, which manages credit card benefits and customer enrollment processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development and be comfortable working across the full application stack. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement RESTful APIs • Develop user interfaces using React.js and JavaScript • Build backend services with Java and Spring Boot • Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud services • Contribute to the full application stack independently Requirements • 4+ years of hands-on development experience • Strong hands-on experience with React.js and JavaScript • Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot • Full-stack development experience across frontend and backend applications • Experience with AWS cloud services, such as ECS, EKS, or Lambda • Ability to work independently and contribute across the application stack • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Important Requirements • Must be willing to work 5 days onsite in Columbus, OH • Must be willing to work on W2 • OPT and EAD candidates are encouraged to apply
