About the Role We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our team for a 6-month contract-to-hire position. This role involves working in an agile environment, coordinating with engineers, and driving execution to meet quality and timeline goals. Key Responsibilities • Lead delivery across the team by coordinating engineers and driving execution in an agile environment • Design, build, and maintain responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript • Establish and uphold engineering best practices across the software development life cycle (SDLC) • Engineer and optimize Single Page Applications, focusing on page performance, user experience, and scalable front-end architecture • Implement comprehensive testing strategies including unit, component, integration, and end-to-end tests • Collaborate across product, design, and engineering partners to translate business needs into well-architected technical solutions • Improve development workflows by identifying and implementing enhancements to tooling, processes, and build pipelines • Ensure solutions align with architecture standards and follow risk management and security expectations • Leverage enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity
