About the Role Sira Consulting Inc is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong Java backend development expertise and mandatory Banking & Payments domain experience to join their Global Payments & Liquidity Technology (GPLT) team. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain full stack applications using Java and Spring Boot • Design and implement RESTful APIs • Work with microservices and cloud-native applications • Utilize Apache Kafka, IBM MQ, and event-driven architecture • Manage databases including Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB • Implement containerization with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift • Use CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and Azure DevOps Requirements • 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer • Strong expertise in Java backend development • Mandatory experience in Banking & Payments domain • Knowledge of wire payments, Fedwire, real-time payments (RTP), SWIFT, ISO 20022 • Experience with treasury and cross-border payments • Familiarity with payment hubs and high-value transaction processing • Proficiency in microservices architecture and cloud-native applications
