About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team, focusing on backend and WorkPro modules development. This role requires 8+ years of experience and will work on developing and maintaining APIs for service orders, dispatch, billing, and asset management. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain backend APIs for service orders, dispatch, billing, and asset management • Design and optimize SQL Server data models, queries, and stored procedures • Build integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Coupa, Trackunit, and Power Automate/Logic Apps • Maintain legacy C# codebases while developing new backend services and integrations • Contribute to Angular UI components and responsive application features • Improve API performance, security, and reliability • Support workflow automation, operational reporting, and AI-enabled backend features • Collaborate with the Principal Developer and Product Owner to deliver production-ready solutions Requirements • 8+ years of experience in backend/API development • WorkPro modules experience is mandatory • Strong backend/API development experience • Experience with C#, .NET, and REST API Development • SQL Server, Relational Data Modeling & Stored Procedures • Experience maintaining and extending legacy C# applications • Enterprise system integrations (ERP, CRM, or similar platforms) • Working knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, and state management Preferred Qualifications • Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform • Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices • Field service, dispatch, or workforce management software • Angular 19+, standalone components, and signals • AI-assisted development and intelligent workflow automation
