About the Role We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team. This role focuses on building scalable, high-quality full stack applications using React and Ruby on Rails. Key Responsibilities • Build scalable, high-quality full stack applications • Establish coding standards and reduce technical debt • Optimize CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure • Leverage AI tools to improve development speed, quality, and efficiency • Provide technical guidance and collaborate with development teams Requirements • 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience • 3+ years of DevOps experience • Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Ruby on Rails • Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines • Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into software development workflows • Knowledge of REST APIs, databases, code reviews, and development best practices • Strong problem-solving and technical collaboration skills
