About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team. This role focuses on building modern applications, integrating AI solutions, and leveraging Microsoft Power Platform. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement applications using React, TypeScript, and backend technologies • Utilize Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse • Develop REST APIs and work with SQL and NoSQL databases • Build AI agents and LLM-powered applications • Create custom connectors and integrations with business applications • Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage ALM processes • Take end-to-end ownership of projects from requirements to production Requirements • 5+ years of full-stack development experience • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform • Practical knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) • Experience integrating AI/LLM features with business systems • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills • Ability to independently manage projects from requirements to production
