About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with experience in Power Platform and AI technologies. This role involves end-to-end delivery of solutions, from design to deployment, and requires strong technical skills in both frontend and backend development. Key Responsibilities • Act as the primary technical contact for business stakeholders, conduct discovery sessions, and translate business goals into technical requirements • Own end-to-end delivery, from solution design and development to testing, deployment, and handover • Build full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, and backend technologies such as .NET, Node.js, or Python • Develop Power Apps Code Apps integrated with Dataverse, Power Platform connectors, custom APIs, and AI agents • Develop Power Automate flows, Dataverse data models, and custom connectors • Design AI agents and build MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers to connect AI agents securely with business systems • Use AI coding tools to accelerate development, testing, and documentation • Apply ALM and DevOps best practices using Git, CI/CD, Power Platform solutions, and PAC CLI • Present demos, project updates, and technical decisions clearly to business stakeholders Requirements • 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience • React and TypeScript • C#/.NET, Node.js, or Python • REST APIs and SQL/NoSQL databases • Power Apps Code Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse • AI agents and LLM-powered applications • MCP and MCP server integration • AI coding tools and software quality practices • End-to-end project ownership and excellent communication skills • Availability on the bench • Comfortable working the 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST shift
