About the Role We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Microsoft Power Platform, AI agents, and MCP servers. The ideal candidate will own solutions end to end—from discovery and architecture to development, deployment, and handover—while translating business needs into scalable, secure, and impactful applications. Key Responsibilities • Act as the primary technical point of contact for business stakeholders and lead discovery sessions. • Translate business objectives into clear technical requirements and solution designs. • Own end-to-end delivery, including development, testing, deployment, and handover. • Build full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, and back-end technologies such as .NET, Node.js, or Python. • Build and deploy Power Apps Code Apps integrated with Dataverse, Power Platform connectors, custom APIs, and AI agents. • Evaluate and determine when to use custom full-stack applications, Code Apps, or hybrid solutions. • Develop Power Automate flows, Dataverse data models, and custom connectors. • Design AI agents and develop MCP servers to securely connect agents with business applications and data. • Use AI coding tools to accelerate development, testing, and documentation. • Implement ALM and DevOps best practices using Git, CI/CD, Power Platform solutions, and PAC CLI deployments. • Present demos and progress updates to business leaders, clearly communicating technical decisions and trade-offs. • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Requirements • 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience • Strong expertise in React and TypeScript • Proficiency in at least one back-end technology: C#/.NET, Node.js, or Python • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform • Experience building Power Apps Code Apps • Knowledge of Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Platform connectors, and custom APIs • Experience designing and implementing AI agents • Experience developing MCP servers • Understanding of Git, CI/CD, ALM, and DevOps practices • Familiarity with PAC CLI deployments and Power Platform solutions • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and own delivery with minimal oversight
