Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end delivery, from requirements to deployment • Work directly with business stakeholders and lead discovery sessions • Build AI-powered business solutions and integrate enterprise systems • Deliver demos and communicate technical decisions clearly Requirements • 5+ years of experience in full stack development • Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, C#/.NET, Node.js or Python • Experience with REST APIs and SQL/NoSQL databases • Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Platform connectors • Familiarity with AI agents, LLM-powered applications, and MCP servers • Experience with Git, CI/CD, ALM, and PAC CLI deployments • Excellent communication skills
