About the Role We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js, Ruby on Rails, DevOps, and AI-assisted software development. Key Responsibilities • Drive technical excellence and establish development standards • Optimize CI/CD pipelines • Leverage AI tools to improve development speed, code quality, and operational efficiency • Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications • Establish coding standards and conduct code reviews • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes • Improve cloud infrastructure, application performance, security, and reliability • Integrate AI tools into development and DevOps workflows • Serve as a technical resource and collaborate with cross-functional teams Requirements • 5+ years of professional Full Stack Development experience • Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Ruby on Rails • Experience with Node.js, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and ORM tools • 3+ years of experience in DevOps or a similar role • Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI • Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools • Strong understanding of Git, code reviews, development standards, and Agile practices • Proven experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, testing, debugging, and documentation • Ability to provide technical guidance, improve application scalability, and reduce technical debt
