About the Role We are currently looking for a Full Stack Developer who is passionate about building scalable, reliable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both backend and frontend development, particularly using Golang and modern JavaScript frameworks. Key Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and enhance web-based applications to support business and operational requirements. • Design, build, and integrate backend services and RESTful APIs. • Develop responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance frontend interfaces. • Manage database structures, queries, and data integration. • Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and application performance optimization. • Handle application deployment and maintenance using version control and containerization tools. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions. • Maintain existing applications and ensure system reliability, stability, and functionality. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role. • Proficient in Golang (Go) for backend development. • Strong knowledge of React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript for frontend development. • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL database management and RESTful API development. • Familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development. • Experienced in using Git/GitLab, Docker, and basic Linux server environments. • Strong analytical thinking, debugging, and problem-solving skills. • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
