About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. This role focuses on improving the release process through automation, quality assurance, and data-driven decision support. Key Responsibilities • Designing and implementing a database for release tracking • Analyzing dependencies and automations across Jira projects and release tools • Enhancing dashboards with clear performance and stability metrics • Implementing quality gates with Approved, Warning, and Blocked status levels • Automating issue creation and notifications when deviations occur • Developing and maintaining both frontend and backend solutions Requirements • 5+ years of software development experience • Strong backend development skills in Java and Python • Experience designing REST or gRPC APIs and services • Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript • Ability to navigate large, existing codebases and work independently • Strong product understanding and the ability to turn complex processes into practical tools • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams • Fluency in Swedish & English, both spoken and written Benefits (No benefits mentioned)
